Molding and sizing presses with forces ranging from 6 to 825 tons give Phoenix the manufacturing capabilities to produce more than 2,000 custom designed powdered metal components including assemblies, bearings, blade adapters, bushings, cams, gears, hammers, levers, metal inserts, pawls, pinions, pulleys, ratchets, sears, sheaves, spacers, sprockets, triggers and many other structural products. Through its high temperature sintering processes, Phoenix can also manufacture high grade stainless steel parts and high strength iron applications. Phoenix’s also offers sintered hardening capabilities.
