Phoenix Sintered Metals, LLC. is a privately owned company, part of Varischetti Holdings, LP with manufacturing locations in Brockway, PA and Galeton, PA. With two locations this gives us dual capabilities for risk mitigation. Market differentiation is established in the material/process solutions using the Powder Metal technology. Phoenix has provided engineered component and assembly solutions for multiple applications and markets.

With solid ownership and vision, Phoenix is small enough to be both nimble and flexible, while large enough to have a breadth of engineering resources and capabilities to support evolving market demands. Our Operational Excellence program drives the way we do business.

With presses ranging from 30 to 825 tons, along with CNC pressing capability in 150T, 160T, and 200T, we have the ability to produce a wide range of components with moderate to high complexity. Phoenix has developed single press high density material solutions greater than 7.3 g/cm³ .
